With feedback from a diverse range of community voices, the CHNA helps us better understand the unique health needs of our service area. Southwell facilities include: Tift Regional Medical Center, Southwell Medical, Southwell Health and Rehabilitation, and all facilities and clinics owned by Tift Regional Health System, Inc. or Southwell Ambulatory, Inc.
