Southwell Health and Rehabilitation is a hospital-based skilled-nursing facility that focuses on the physical and mental well-being of all residents, with an emphasis on warm comfort and quality care.\u00a0\u00a0Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for each patient and resident. Because we are a hospital-based facility, our residents have easy access to hospital services, such as radiology, laboratory, as well as our physicians.
