As students prepare to schedule their student learning experience, they will first need to complete the required documentation and prerequisites set forth by our organization to ensure acceptance into the programs. The student should refer to their instructor for guidance in completing the requirements needed to proceed with their Student Learning Experience. You may <u>not<\/u> provide or engage in direct patient care, but you can see how the particular job provides care and observe the workings within the healthcare industry. We also offer short-term shadow experiences in non-patient care areas throughout our organization.<\/p><p>If you are under the age of 18, you will not be permitted to shadow in the following areas: Pediatrics Department, Obstetrics Department, Emergency Room, or in the Operating Room.
