With more than 27 years of healthcare leadership experience, Kimball has held administrative and executive roles at organizations including Phoebe Putney Health System, Archbold Medical Center, Erlanger Health System, and Community Hospital Corporation. A native of Fitzgerald, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Albany State University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Southwell President and CEO Christopher Dorman said Kimball’s experience and leadership will be key as the organization continues to expand services and improve patient care.

“Mark brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to healthcare excellence,” Dorman said. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our community.”

Kimball said he looks forward to working with Southwell’s staff to enhance operations and strengthen patient care efforts.

Dr. Nandola specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.

After earning his medical degree from International American University College in St. Lucia, Dr. Nandola completed family medicine residency training at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. He followed with a sleep medicine fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Joyce, a retired educator and community advocate, was a long-serving hospital trustee and board secretary. Larry, who currently serves on the Southwell Board of Directors, is a mediator/arbitrator as well as a Senior Judge of the State Courts of Georgia. 

Joyce and Larry were inducted into the Wall of Fame by William Bowen, a fellow member of the Southwell Board of Directors and Chair of Southwell Ambulatory, Inc.  William also accepted the Rotary Ethics in Business Award for the Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.

As a team doctor and consultant to the Tift County High School athletic program, Dr. Scott volunteered his expertise to Tift County athletes and developed and hosted an annual sports medicine seminar in conjunction with Tift Regional Medical Center.  This seminar provided coaches, trainers, physical therapists, and medical providers with knowledge and resources to enhance care for student athletes.
